These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of this website.
Accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Roasted Coffee Bean if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Standard Economy Delivery - We use Royal Mail - First Class Post - charges are made depending on weight of order, but are between £2.99 & £5.95 - this is for parcels up to 1.4kg, over this weight we will normally ship by courier (DPD) for UK mainland, but not always, for offshore or Highlands, and N.I we will still delivery by Royal Mail. Parcels over 1.4 kg depending on weight of order, but are between £12.99 & £17.00
We reserve the right to send parcels by courier even if Royal Mail delivery is selected at checkout. (at no extra charge to the customer)

Our Courier is normally DPD and is normally on a Next Working Day Service (Monday - Friday) (96% of the time, so not guaranteed) for UK Mainland, they offer the Predict Service which offer the following:
You are given a two hour delivery window
You are notified of this by text or email
If not convenient they can use the text or email to change the delivery date
Please note, some items such as Coffee Machines etc. have a delivery charge supplement.
Some Coffee Machines may not be available for next day, and may take two days or more, please phone if this will be a problem.
Note: We only normally ship coffee machines to a UK address, if you require delivery outside the UK we will contact you before shipping to check all details.
UK.Deliveries are made between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and requires a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.
The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.
Most deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
Overseas delivery will be made by 'Airmail' or 'Courier' depending on weight.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
You may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In addition, when ordering, you are the importer for customs purposes and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you do not pay the additional costs if any) and the goods are returned to us by the courier, then any extra charges will be at the expense of the customer.
Cancellation or Changing your order
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation.
You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 working days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost,www.roastedcoffeebeans.co.uk can arrange to collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund. Please call us on 01963-31137 or email us at email@example.com stating your name and invoice number.
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product* in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below, and we will refund the cost of the item.
We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.
Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on 01934-629356 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred.
Contract for the supply goods
The display of goods on Roastedcoffeebeans site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Roastedcoffeebeansunless, and until, an email is sent by Roastedcoffeebeans to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Roastedcoffeebeans of your offer to buy goods from Roastedcoffeebeans and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. Roastedcoffeebeans are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.
You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, or PayPal. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using SSL technology. We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
